All reservations are final and non-refundable unless the cancellation policy is followed. For transactional issues please contact theswimminhole@silvertoncasino.com for assistance. Confirmed reservations must check-in to the pool between 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Guests must arrive within the specified time or be subject to cancellation. Management observes all rights, including, without limitation, the right to cancel, suspend or modify the event at its sole discretion. The pool may close due to weather (e.g., lightning, thunderstorms) or unforeseen circumstances. Guests are required to meet the food and beverage minimum and additional purchases will be added to the total bill. Rates do not include taxes, fees, and a 20% automatic gratuity.
