Cancellation and Refund Policy: * Bookings are non-refundable unless cancellation is received by venue at least 48 hours prior to 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time ('PT') on Reservation Date. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to 10:00 A.M. PT on Reservation Date will result in forfeiture of pre-payment. * All cancellations must be requested at booketing.com/reservation or by email to support@urvenue.com * Any attempted cancellation in a manner other than as described above shall be void and guest will not be entitled to a refund of any kind. * For cancellations and refunds, anything outside of 24 hours will be a full refund for Super Bowl. For cancellations within 24hrs, no refunds will be honored. Management Reserves all rights for Super Bowl.
