Pusha T Biography
Terrence Thorton, better known by his stage name Pusha T, is an American hip-hop recording artist born in the Bronx but raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. With his brother Gene "No Malice" Thorton, he created the duo Clipse in the early '90s. In 2010, the two decided to pursue their solo careers and in September announced his signing to Kanye West's GOOD Music label. He appeared on Kanye West's My Beautiful Dark Fantasy on the standout single "Runaway." Push's first mixtape, Fear of God, was released in September 2011, and released his debut solo album My Name Is My Name on October 8, 2013. After a short break he came out with a new album in 2015 entitled King Push – Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude featuring artists like The-Dream and A$AP Rocky. Pusha T has now taken over and become President of GOOD Music and plans on bringing great artists and showing the world that GOOD Music is a force to be recognized musically. His latest release, DAYTONA, received widespread acclaim from fans and critics with its incredible production value and masterful lyricism.
