CABANA TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please present a Photo ID and credit card at the time of check-in.
No outside food and beverage is allowed except sealed water. No coolers or glass are permitted at the pool.
In the case of inclement weather or windy conditions, umbrellas will be required to be closed for safety purposes. The Plaza is not responsible for any weather related or special event closures.
This spend is the minimum amount you are required to spend in the venue during your reservation.
Additional fees may apply depending on specific requests. Prices may be subject to taxes.
The Plaza Hotel & Casino reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at its discretion and without prior notice.
Payments may be made with credit card, cash, and debit cards. Credit card and debit cards will remain on file during the reservation period.
CANCELATION POLICY
Minimum 24 hours' notice required to cancel and receive full refund of deposit. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours may incur a penalty fee. Release on authorization or refunds of deposits will take place within 3-10 business days of cancellation, depending on the cardholder's banking institution. Releases/refunds on cards issued by a foreign bank may take longer. All cancellations must be emailed to pool@plazahotelcasino.com. Any attempted cancellation in a manner other than as described above shall be void.
All Cabana and Daybed reservations are guaranteed at the time of booking with a credit card. Confirmed Cabana and Daybed reservations must check-in to the pool between 10 am - 12 pm. Cabanas and Daybeds that are not checked in by 12 pm will be released.
Pricing is valid for the current year's Pool Season and is subject to change without prior notification. Any food and beverage purchased will be added to the total bill. If you are on the Cabana Waitlist, you are not guaranteed to have a Cabana. A cabana Receptionist will contact you on the morning of to inform you if a Cabana has come available for the date requested.
*Access to the pool, cabana and daybed bookings are exclusively available to registered hotel guests. Non-hotel guests are not permitted to utilize these amenities.
