* Tickets are non-transferrable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

No: Oversized or Excessively Baggy Attire, Hoodies or Sagging Pants, Men's Sleeveless Shirts, Athletic Wear, Jerseys, Basketball Shoes, Sweat Pants, Men's Shorts, Men's Sandals, Athletic Hats, Exposed Chains, Bandanas, Grills or Mouth Bling, Backpacks, Gloves, Sunglasses, Selfie Sticks.
* Disregard or violation of these Terms and Conditions will automatically invalidate ticket(s) purchased and guest will not receive a refund of any kind.
* Management reserves all rights, including, without limitation, the right to cancel, suspend or modify the event at its sole discretion.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
* Tickets are non-refundable unless cancellation is received by venue at least 48 hours prior to 10:00am Pacific Time ('PT') on Event Date. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to 10:00am PT on Reservation Date will result in forfeiture of Purchase.
* Processing Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
* Venue is not responsible for talent cancellations, or closures due to inclement weather or other unavoidable events.
* All cancellations must be requested at http://booketing.com/reservation or by email at support@urvenue.com. Any attempted cancellation in a manner other than as described above shall be void and guest will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.
