Minimum 24 hours' notice required to cancel and receive full refund of deposit. Reservations/day passes cancelled within 24 hours may incur a penalty fee. Release on authorization or refunds of deposits will take place within 3-10 business days of cancellation, depending on the cardholder's banking institution. Releases/refunds on cards issued by a foreign bank may take longer.
All cabana/daybed and day pass reservations are guaranteed at the time of booking with a credit card. Confirmed cabanas/daybeds/day passes must check in to the pool before 12pm. Cabanas/daybeds/day passes that are not checked in by 12:00pm will be released. If you wish to cancel your reservation or day pass, you must do so 24 hours prior to the date of your reservation to avoid being charged the full price of your rental. Pricing is valid for 2023 pool season and is subject to change without prior notification. All cabana/daybed rates are a rental fee. Any food and beverage purchased will be a separate charge. If you are on the cabana/daybed waitlist, you are not guaranteed to have a cabana/daybed. A cabana receptionist will contact you on the morning of to inform you if a cabana/daybed has come available for the date requested. Please present a photo ID and credit card at the time of check-in. Cabanas and daybeds will be assigned the day of the reservation by the pool management team with special requests being accepted but not guaranteed. No outside food and beverage is allowed. No luggage, coolers, decorations, pool toys, inflatables or glass are permitted at the pool. In the case of inclement weather or windy conditions, umbrellas will be required to be closed for safety purposes. The pool is not responsible for any weather related or special event closures. Please note that cabanas and day passes may be limited to hotel guests. Bookings of 3 or more cabanas, daybeds, or any combination of either will be subject to an 18% automatic gratuity.
