Drais Nightclub Terms and Conditions – UrVenue Occupancy and seating are limited. All guests must be 21 years of age or older. Artists, DJs and Event subject to change without notice. Minimum Spend All table reservations will be required to meet a certain table minimum amount (the 'Minimum Spend'), which will be communicated to the guest when the reservation is booked. The Minimum Spend does not include applicable tax, venue fees or gratuity. The amount of the Minimum Spend may differ from the amount the guest actually spends on alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (the 'Actual Spend') on the date of the reservation (the 'Reservation Date'). Advance Deposit and Processing Fee A deposit of 30% (the 'Advance Deposit') of the Minimum Spend will be charged at the time of booking. In addition to the Advance Deposit, a non-refundable processing fee of $2 + 10% per reservation (the 'Processing Fee') will also be charged at the time of booking. The Advance Deposit and Processing Fee will be applied towards guest's final bill on the Reservation Date. An Advance Deposit is only valid for the Reservation Date and non-transferrable. At time of check-in on the Reservation Date, guests will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking online or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment for his or her table/location. Actual Spend, Tax, Venue Fee, and Gratuity All reservations will be charged the following on the Reservation Date: Actual Spend: Guest will be charged the balance of the Actual Spend. Sales Tax: Guest will be charged sales tax, which is currently 8.375% and subject to change, on the Actual Spend & Venue Fee. Venue Fee: Guest will be charged a venue fee of 12% of the Actual Spend or Minimum Spend, whichever is greater. Gratuity: Guest will be charged a server gratuity of 15% on Actual Spend or Minimum Spend, whichever is greater. Guests must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid government issued photo ID at the door. Copies, paper, or photographs of IDs will not be accepted. U.S. residents must bring state or federal issued ID; Non-U.S. residents must bring a valid passport; to gain entry into the venue. Guests must comply with all venue dress code requirements. The venue is not responsible for talent cancellations or closures due to inclement weather or other unavoidable events. Artists, DJs and Events are subject to change without notice. Venue reserves the right to deny access into venue due to capacity restrictions. Disregard or violation of these Terms and Conditions will automatically invalidate reservation and guest will not receive a refund of any kind. Management reserves all rights, including, without limitation, the right to cancel, suspend or modify the event at its sole discretion. This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and regulations. This offer is the property of Drai's Management Group and cannot be published or posted on any third-party websites without the prior written approval of Drai's Management Group. Management reserves all rights. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Advance Deposit & Processing Fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. For events that are canceled without a rescheduled date, guests will be issued a refund of the Advance Spend on the original credit card used for the transaction. Seeking a chargeback for sales to this event may result in reservation cancellation and refusal to honor future pending sales from the credit card the chargeback was initiated on. Guest is responsible for all travel and other expenses incurred in connection with a cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled event. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY Lewd, inappropriate and sexual behavior (including nudity) is strictly prohibited even if consensual. Further, the use or possession of any illegal substances or the solicitation of any product or services is strictly prohibited. Drai's Management Group requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our venue. Inappropriately touching our employees is strictly prohibited. ANY OF THE FOREGOING ACTIVITIES WILL RESULT IN EJECTION, TRESPASS AND IS SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. Drai's Management Group requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our venue. In addition to our proper attire requirements, the company reserves the right to eject and/or trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the company's behavior standards. All guests and bags are subject to search for prohibited items including but not limited to, weapons of any kind, illegal drugs (including marijuana products), cigars, alcohol, medications, vitamins or supplements, selfie sticks, party props, containers and recording devices. If you elect not to give consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Prohibited items will be confiscated and not returned even if a guest is denied access or removed from venue. If you wish to deposit any prohibited items into our Amnesty Box prior to entering the Venue, you must ask for a Security Supervisor before being searched/bag check. Any prohibited items discovered will be confiscated and disposed of by management (without compensation) even if guest is denied access or removed from venue. NOTICE OF FILMING This Venue is being used to photograph and video and audio record footage in connection with promotional and publicity campaigns including. out not limited to for use on Social Media. by your presence in this venue, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed and/or video and/or audio recorded and grant permission for your likeness, image and/or voice to be included therein without compensation, credit, or other consideration. MUST BE 21 & OVER AND MANAGEMENT RESERVES ALL RIGHTS: Management reserves all rights to make the final determination regarding all venue policies including, but not limited to, attire, appropriate behavior and prohibited Items in its sole and absolute discretion Guests who disregard venue policies or do not comply with Management decisions may be asked to leave the venue and will not be entitled to a refund.
