Exchange LA does enforce a dress code. The venue and staff want you to be comfortable while you’re there, and that means looking your best.

• No sandals or flip-flops (open-toed heels are allowed)
• No shorts
• No tank tops
• No sportswear including hats, jerseys, etc (DJ merch is allowed).

• Professional-Grade Tripods, Monopods, Drones, professional cameras with interchangeable/detachable lenses, video cameras • Laser pointers, flashlights • Tablets/laptops. • Audio/video recording equipment (excluding mobile phones). • Musical Instruments (Including whistles, etc.). • Hydration Backpacks, Camelbacks, Water Containers etc. • Backpacks (large totes, large purses, duffle bags) (maximum of 12” x 12” x 6”). • Weapons of any Kind (Including pocketknives, pepper spray, etc.). Please Note: Exchange LA is a 21+ venue. Everyone must show a valid and physical form of identification. Failure to produce identification may result in refusal of entry.

What Is NOT Accepted: Expired or punched IDs, DMV computer printouts, photocopies, or photos of IDs or birth certificates.

What Is Accepted: Foreign ID’s and passports, if they include a photo ID, have a name and date of birth in English, and can be validated as a real ID. False and/ or counterfeit IDs will be confiscated and turned over to the local police department.
