* Management reserves all rights for Super Bowl, March Madness, Concerts, High Tent-Pole Events, and other Special Events.
* Sunday Football requires food & beverage minimum spends during the annual football season.
* Thank you for booking a reservation with Flanker. A team member will contact you shortly to confirm your exact entry time and discuss any pre-orders you'd like to make before your arrival.
* Price includes tax and gratuity, which will be collected on the final spend at the venue on the event date.
* All gratuities, incidental expenses, registrations, fees or charges, and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the guest.
* Guest must arrive by the specified time for guaranteed entry.
* Purchase is non-transferable and not available for resale.
* Disregard or violation of these Terms & Conditions will automatically invalidate the purchase and the guest will not receive a refund of any kind.
*Management reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the event at its sole discretion.
* This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This offer cannot be published or posted on any third-party websites without prior written approval.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
* Bookings are non-refundable unless cancellation is received by the venue at least 48 hours prior to 10:00 A.M. PT on the reservation date. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to 10:00 A.M. PT on the reservation date will result in forfeiture of pre-payment.
* All cancellations must be requested at booketing.com/reservation or by email to support@urvenue.com
* Any attempted cancellation outside the process described above will be void, and the guest will not be entitled to a refund.
